All Zoniac products charge a monthly subscription price. Zoniac products that are deployed at customers’ site are typically charged higher. The main differences between the two models are that Zoniac Premium On-Line is always updated, includes automatic upgrades and provides email support at no extra charge. |

Zoniac Premium includes: Full use of the features of the Zoniac Premium, automatic upgrades at no extra cost, secure storage of your data, and email support at no extra cost (Basic Email Support is available within 24 hours between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday). |

| Can I use my own SMTP server for bulk mailing with Zoniac Premium On-Line? |
The SMTP server of Zoniac makes sure that the requirements of CAN-SPAM are met. Since Zoniac Premium cannot make sure that your SMTP server will follow the same, you cannot use your own SMTP server in conjunction with Zoniac Premium On-Line. |

| Can I try it before with my own data? |
Yes. You
can enter your own data and start a trial for 15 days
to make sure it's right for you. However, we recommend
you to first try your own Zoniac Premium account using
sample data.Try it now. |

| What type of Internet connection do I need? |
It is best to have a high-speed internet connection, such as DSL or cable modem. A slower connection will work but it will take a longer time to get things done.

| What happens to my trial data if I decide to sign up? |
If you subscribe to Zoniac Premium Online during the 15-day trial, you will continue using the same company file you created. If you do not subscribe, you have another 15 days within which you can email us and have access to the company. After 30 days it is deleted. |

Yes, we automatically back up your data at the end of every day. We also back up your data to a remote site everyday at the end of the day. Your data is stored on firewall protected server so it is safe from hackers and viruses. Because we update your records with every change, we cannot restore your file to a previous point in time |

| What happens if my Internet access is down? |
If your
Internet connection at your current location is down
you won't be able to access Zoniac Premium Online. But,
you can still access your Premium from any computer
with an Internet connection. See
