There is no difference between the On-Demand and On-Site versions. The only difference is the way they are deployed.

| |
Mail
merged emails sent to multiple contacts or candidates using the
functions "Send Bulk Mail" and "Send Mail to All" with multiple mails
constitute bulk mail. These mails are routed through a separate SMTP
Server attached to the Zoniac SMTP server. |

What if I exceed the number of emails I have signed up for? |

You will be assessed additional fee for the extra mails at the same rate as the mails you have signed up for the current month. |

What about emails that are not considered bulk mails? |

All other emails sent from the Zoniac SMS server are routed through a separate SMTP server and are not chargeable. |

How can I import data into Zoniac SMS On-Demand? |

You can import data into Zoniac SMS On-Demand & Zoniac SMS On-Site from any CSV file (Excel file). Just download Resume Parser (a desktop supporting software that scans Résumé and is integrated with Zoniac SMS) and import Accounts, Contacts, Candidates (including their Résumés), and Bulk Contacts.

How does Zoniac SMS On-Demand price compare to other Zoniac software? |

All Zoniac products charge a monthly subscription price. Zoniac products that are deployed at customers' site are typically charged higher. The main differences between the two models are that Zoniac SMS On-Line is always updated, includes automatic upgrades and provides email support at no extra charge. |
