Zoniac SMS software is licensed for access exclusively from India for providing staffing and recruitment services for companies operating exclusively in India. Any other usage, without advance authorization by Zoniac provided at the sole discretion of Zoniac, constitutes a material breach of contract and Zoniac reserves the right to immediately terminate its services without any notice.
