| What products do you offer for the US market? |
We offer Zoniac Swift and Zoniac Premium. |

| What is Zoniac Swift? |
Zoniac Swift is a complete Applicant Tracking System for the staffing-recruiting companies. |

| What is Zoniac Premium? |
Zoniac Premium is an end-to-end solution for companies that need an Applicant Tracking System along with timesheets, advances, expenses, payroll and invoice management. |

| What product will suit me? |
If you are looking for a system to manage the recruitment part (Front-office) of your business, then Zoniac Swift is the solution. If you are looking for a system to manage recruitment (Front-Office) as well as timesheets, invoices, payrolls (Back-Office) , then Zoniac Premium is the solution. |

| What are the deployment options you offer? |
Zoniac Swift and Zoniac Premium are available in On-Line (SaaS) as well as On-Site versions. |

| What is the difference between On-Line and On-Site versions? |
There is no difference between the On-Line and On-Site versions. The only difference is the way they are deployed.
If it is deployed On-Line (SaaS), it is called as Zoniac Swift )On-Line and if deployed within your company, it called as Zoniac Swift On-Site. |

| Which deployment option should I choose? |
If you do not have the resources to manage an application (Skills, Infrastructure) then you can choose the On-Lline version.
If you have the resources and if you want to have the data within your company then you can choose theOn-Site version. |

| Do you have a guided tour of user workflows? |
Yes…we have Quick tour. Quick tour is a guided tour of the workflows of various user groups of the staffing segment like account managers, recruiters, accountants etc. Quick tour is available for Zoniac Swift (On-Line & On-Site) and Zoniac Premium (On-Line & On-Site). |

| Why should I use the bulk mailing feature from Zoniac? |
Zoniac has set up a separate server that is optimized for bulk mailing so you do not have the hassle of managing the SMTP server. The server makes sure that the requirements of “The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act)” are followed so that the mails sent by you may not be considered SPAM under the law. |

| What is considered bulk mail? |
Mail merged emails sent to multiple contacts, consultants or candidates using the functions “Send Job List”, “Send Hot List”, “Send Bulk Mail” and “Send Mail to All” with multiple mails constitutes bulk mail. These mails are routed through a separate SMTP Server attached to the Zoniac Swift server. |

| What is the cost of this service? |
This service is priced very competitively and ranges from $.35/month (1000 emails) to $ 200/month (unlimited emails) depending upon how many emails you choose to send in a month. Click here for Details |

| What if I exceed the number of emails I have signed up for? |
You will be assessed additional fee for the extra mails at the same rate as the mails you have signed up for the current month. |

| What about emails that are not considered bulk mails? |
All other emails sent from the Zoniac Swift server are routed through a separate SMTP server and are not chargeable. |
