solutions. The overarching user considerations were that the recruitment software solutions should be user friendly, easy to implement, require minimal training and be capable of painless upgrades.

| From 1995-1998, Vittal Srimushnam was a Director and then a VP at National Semiconductor (NYSE: NSC) leading various business units including microcontrollers and PC I/O products. He had bottom line responsibility for business units ranging up to $185M and made significant improvements in revenue and profitability of those units.
