From 1995-1998, Vittal Srimushnam was a Director and then a VP at National Semiconductor (NYSE: NSC) leading various business units including microcontrollers and PC I/O products. He had bottom line responsibility for business units ranging up to $185M and made significant improvements in revenue and profitability of those units.

From 1993-1995 Vittal Srimushnam was the VP and General Manager of the $85M hardware division of Artisoft (NASDAQ: ASFT), a networking hardware and software company. He acquired Eagle Technology, another networking company, turned it around and sold the combined hardware division for considerable profit.

Prior to Artisoft, Vittal Srimushnam held various management positions in hi tech companies heading engineering, marketing, planning and manufacturing functions.

Vittal Srimushnam has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India and an MS in Information Systems from Texas Tech University. He has also passed the Uniform exam of the American Institute of CPA's.
