Zoniac Swift is a complete Applicant Tracking System with an integrated bulk mailing system for the staffing-recruiting companies.

 
What is Zoniac Premium?

Zoniac Premium is an end-to-end solution for companies that need both an ATS for pre Deployment and timesheet, expense, immigration, payroll and invoice management for their post deployment cycle.

 
What product will suit me?

If you are looking for a system to manage the recruitment part (Front-office) of your business, then Zoniac Swift is the solution. If you are looking for a system to manage recruitment (Front-Office) as well as timesheets, invoices, immigration management, payrolls (Back-Office) , then Zoniac Premium is the solution.

 
What security measures does Zoniac have to protect my data?

We have executed strong measures to ensure your information is secure at all times. Our servers are hosted and maintained in a Tier IV, SAS 70 Type II certified Amazon center located in the U.S. This is the highest level of security available. Can Zoniac staff see my private company information?

No. Your information is secure and cannot be viewed by any employee of Zoniac. If you need any assistance with your account you can temporarily provide access to our Customer Success team to assist you.

 
How reliable is your service?

Who owns my data?

You own your Data! Even though we host your information, your data is your asset. We don't own or take rights for any of our customer's proprietary and confidential property. You can retrieve your data if you choose to leave us.

 
Will I get upgrades? How often?

Zoniac On Demand has free, scheduled upgrades every 8-10 weeks. Our seamless updates allow you to use new features and functions hassle free.
The On Site upgrades are about once a quarter.

 
How do I backup my data?

If you are an On Demand customer you do not have to ever worry about data backup. Zoniac backs up your data at a secure center three times a day.
For our Onsite customers we assist you in setting up your backup process, since the data resides on your location you would be backing up the same.

 
Can I retrieve my data if I decide to stop using Zoniac Solutions?

Yes of course. We enable you to retrieve your own data at any time in a common specified format.

Can your Software be accessed via my website?

Yes, Zoniac has an API that connects your Zoniac solution to your website for log in and an employee portal.

 
What are the deployment options you offer?

Zoniac Swift and Zoniac Premium are available in On-Demand (SaaS) as well as Onsite versions.

 
What is the difference between On-Demand and Onsite versions?

There is no difference between the On-Demand and Onsite versions. The only difference is the way they are deployed.

If it is deployed On-Demand (SaaS), it is called as Zoniac Swift On-Demand and if deployed within your company, it called as Zoniac Swift Onsite.
 
Which deployment option should I choose?

If you do not have the resources to manage an application (Skills, Infrastructure) then you can choose the On-Demand version.

If you have the resources and if you want to have the data within your company then you can choose the Onsite version.
 
Do you have a guided tour of user workflows?

Yes…we have Quick tour. Quick tour is a guided tour of the workflows of various user groups of the staffing segment like account managers, recruiters, accountants etc. Quick tour is available for Zoniac Swift (On-Demand & Onsite) and Zoniac Premium (On-Demand & Onsite).

 
 
Optional Bulk Mailing Features
 
Why should I use the bulk mailing feature from Zoniac?
Zoniac has set up a separate server that is optimized for bulk mailing so you do not have the hassle of managing the SMTP server. The server make sure that the requirements of “The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act)” are followed so that the mails sent by you may not be considered SPAM under the law.
 
What is considered bulk mail?

Mail merged emails sent to multiple contacts, consultants or candidates using the functions “Send Job List”, “Send Hot List”, “Send Bulk Mail” and “Send Mail to All” with multiple mails constitutes bulk mail. These mails are routed through a separate SMTP Server attached to the Zoniac Swift server.

 
What if I exceed the number of emails I have signed up for?

When you reach 90% of your limit you will receive notification of the same. You have an option of adding additional emails or the service will resume at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

 
What about emails that are not considered bulk mails?

All other emails sent from the Zoniac Swift server are routed through a separate SMTP server and are not chargeable.

Can I use my own SMTP server for bulk mailing with Zoniac Premium On-Demand?
The SMTP server of Zoniac makes sure that the requirements of CAN-SPAM are met. Since Zoniac Premium cannot make sure that your SMTP server will follow the same, you cannot use your own SMTP server in conjunction with Zoniac Premium On-Demand.

What happens to my trial data if I decide to sign up?
If you subscribe to a Zoniac Premium 7 Day Free Trial – With Test Data - the data will NOT be migrated when you come on board as a customer. Without TEST Data - If you use the system for 7 Days and SIGN UP AS A CUSTOMER WITHIN THE 7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD then the data will be migrated to your production company.
Note: All trial companies are automatically deleted subsequent to the 7 day trial.

  • Our servers run on proven industry standard Linux operating systems that provide high security, logging and auditing capabilities.
  • Application, Database and Files are managed in the Cloud environment where physically each of these three entities is located in different hardware to keep a very high level of redundancy in case of hardware failures. A full Snapshot backup of the Server is taken once in 4 hrs in a different geographic location within US.
How do I retrieve my data if I decide to discontinue the use of Zoniac Premium On-Demand?
Primary data pertaining to Consultants, Candidates, Accounts, Contacts and Requirements may be downloaded anytime to an Excel Spread Sheet. All your Resumes will be provided in a Electronic Folder upon request. Please contact sales@zoniac.com for more information)
 
What happens if my Internet access is down?
If your Internet connection at your current location is down you won't be able to access Zoniac Premium On-Demand. But, you can still access your production company from any computer with an Internet connection. See system requirements.

How do I buy Zoniac Swift On-Demand?

You can import data into Zoniac Swift On-Demand & Zoniac Swift On-Site from any CSV file (Excel file). Just download Resume Parser (a desktop supporting software that scans Resume and is integrated with Zoniac Swift) and import Accounts, Contacts, Consultants, Candidates (including their Résumés), and Bulk Contacts.
Can I pay annually instead?
 
Yes, you can choose to pay for one full year of the service. And you'll even get a 10% discount.
